Well, even given a day of deciphering this, I can tell that whatever it is that the man was noting down is something he not want to be public knowledge. Luckily, it appears that he didn't try to write it in code. Simply in a very archaic script...

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you with this. Even after gaining access to the site again, it took me quite some time to locate the references to it. Honestly, I'm still not sure if I'm reading it correctly. Some of the implications sound ludicrous. Though, if I were to tell you some of the things I've seen in the past few weeks, you'd call me quite ludicrous as well.
