Nov. 22nd, 2009 09:06 pmI realised that I was going along the wrong path. It came to me quite clearly that the best way to use my new loop was to find a way to draw its power from someone else. Unfortunately, the formulas for that are rather mythical.

My mentor had me memorise this passage he'd found in a book from Kilia. It's quite useless, but if a way to fix it were found it would begin to draw from your target rather than yourself. Many researchers died to bring this information to us through the years only to have the books containing it burned as too dangerous to pursue. Too mad to pursue, perhaps?
I don't recommend using it at all, but it's an interesting reference isn't it? If the perfected formula were applied to my "suicide loop" it would draw a dangerous amount of magic from your target, and shove it all back in their face. I doubt I'll live to see the day though.
