I wish I had brought a bit of a sharper knife with me. I had forgotten that boning a fish was quite a workout without a good one. It's been quite some time since my last foray into raw tuna, but I'm rather excited. It's considered a delicacy when raw in many parts of Megam. Though it's usually accompanied by other fare.
It's not a dumpling by any means, but it's more than sufficient.
